This full-time contract position runs from September 1, 2026, through June 3, 2027, and is designed for those passionate about working in elementary and early childhood programs. With a 37.5-hour workweek, you'll contribute meaningfully to the development and success of students in a collaborative educational setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license required
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based OT, particularly with elementary-aged children and early learners
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skill development
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement strategies that enhance classroom participation and independence
  • Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and monitor progress for assigned caseload
  • Engage families to support carryover of therapeutic strategies at home and encourage ongoing growth
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training as required
