Physical Education Special Education Teacher in Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities:

• Deliver both adaptive and general physical education classes tailored to elementary students
• Design, implement, and adapt activities to meet varying needs and abilities
• Foster students’ physical fitness, motor development, and enjoyment of participation
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education personnel, and therapists
• Accurately document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school standards

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota teaching license/certification in Physical Education and/or Adaptive Physical Education
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
