What you'll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or anticipated Illinois SLP license and PEL, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or eligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Passion for working with children in school environments—elementary or K-8 experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and individualized support for diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapeutic intervention, and case management for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and develop individualized goals for each student
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as needed
