What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or strong interest in working with children in school or pediatric settings
- Knowledge of IEPs and familiarity with school-based processes and documentation
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- A positive, student-centered approach to therapy
What you’ll do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and other support staff
- Monitor progress and maintain up-to-date documentation of goals and outcomes
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ language and communication needs within the school community
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
