Special Education Teacher - Manchester, New Hampshire

Step into a meaningful role as a Special Education Teacher, supporting students across 2nd and 5th grades for the 2026–2027 school year. This contract position is situated in the Manchester, NH area, with a full-time Monday through Friday schedule (32–37.5 hours per week) and the opportunity to make a direct impact at two different school locations.

You will take on teaching and case management responsibilities for approximately 15 students, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive academically and personally. The position blends classroom instruction with individualized attention, all within a supportive educational community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification in Special Education required
• Experience with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
• Strong background in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff and related service providers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations
