Special Education Teacher | Manchester, New Hampshire

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active NH Special Educator Certification required
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood and/or elementary special education
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in early childhood or elementary settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Employ innovative strategies and interventions tailored to each learner’s unique strengths
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Work closely with general education staff to ensure a cohesive approach for student success
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities
