Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Educator Certification is required
- Proven experience working with early childhood or elementary students in special education settings
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Adaptable, compassionate approach to individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Organized and self-motivated, with strong classroom management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning needs
- Administer IEPs, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Engage in regular communication with families to foster student growth and inclusion
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based instructional strategies to support diverse learning profiles
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, meetings, and professional development opportunities
