What we're seeking:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required)
- Experience delivering individualized instruction and support to students with varying abilities, behaviors, and IEPs
- Adaptability to work on-site across multiple locations
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
- Excellent communication skills for working with classroom staff, families, and administrators
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement, and assess IEPs tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to create and modify instructional materials
- Provide direct small-group and individualized instruction
- Collect and document data on student progress and achievement
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
- Respond to the academic and emotional needs of students within an inclusive school community
