Make a meaningful difference supporting students in a dynamic educational environment as a School Psychologist on a contract basis. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist license/certification
  • Experience in K-12 settings, assessing and supporting students' educational, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Familiarity with Special Learning Initiatives (SLI)
  • Strong skills in psychoeducational assessments and report writing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student learning and progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to teachers, staff, and parents to address students' behavioral and emotional challenges
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions
  • Support the implementation of Special Learning Initiatives (SLI) within the school community
  • Deliver group or individual counseling as needed for students
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
