Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification in Special Education, meeting all state and federal requirements
• Experience working with high school students with diverse learning needs, especially in Essential Life Skills or Life Skills curriculum
• Proven classroom management techniques tailored to individualized needs
• Ability to develop and deliver differentiated instruction
• Strong collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and school teams
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted instruction for high school students in the Essential Life Skills program
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
