Work as little as one day per week, or as often as five, in a diverse district of 33 schools—primarily serving elementary students. Assignments focus on supporting students in special education settings, including those with behavioral intervention plans, and may involve 1:1 or classroom aide support.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings, especially supporting students with behavioral or special education needs
• Willingness to assist with toileting as needed
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work with a range of age groups
• Comfort using mobile apps to accept assignments and review schedules
• Active Missouri Substitute Certificate (or in the process, but must be active before starting)
• Commitment to completing required fingerprinting for district compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with IEPs or behavioral needs (BIPs) in classroom or 1:1 settings
• Collaborate with teaching staff to reinforce individualized interventions and academic goals
