Occupational Therapist School Setting in Littleton, CO

As a contract Occupational Therapist providing leave coverage, you’ll support learners from kindergarten through high school, delivering evaluative and therapeutic services in dynamic educational settings. Your expertise will help empower students to thrive both academically and personally.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Colorado DOE certification as an Occupational Therapist (birth through age 21)
• Experience delivering OT services in K-12 schools or similar pediatric settings
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with educators, families, and other service providers
• Adaptability to serve a varied caseload and potentially multiple campuses as assigned
• Commitment to timely documentation and effective communication
• Willingness to complete a standard background check as part of the pre-employment process

Your impact:

• Assess students’ functional skills and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement evidence-based OT strategies targeting each student’s unique needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for IEP planning and progress monitoring
• Support classroom staff with accommodations and modifications that promote student success
• Engage in regular consultation with parents and educational staff to share strategies and outcomes

This contract role is fully onsite, offering a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week) from ASAP through October 9, 2026.
