Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience within a school environment is highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy services to school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Monitor progress, document intervention outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed

• Provide training and consultation to faculty and caregivers as appropriate
