What We’re Seeking:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials
• IVP Fingerprint Card required for assignment
• Background in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Experience supporting students with a range of mild to severe needs
• Preferred: Initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Strong communication skills and adaptability across multiple sites
• Genuine passion for fostering student growth and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites
• Assess student needs, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress for a variety of caseloads
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student success
• Adapt therapeutic interventions as needed, applying creativity and evidence-based practice
