Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Special Education license and ESA certificate (must be verified and current)
• Prior experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with transition programs and supporting students aged 18-22
• Skilled in adapting instructional strategies for diverse learner needs
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and transition services to young adults in an onsite classroom environment
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique goals and needs
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and other educators
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages growth and autonomy
