This particular assignment involves providing special education support at an elementary school for approximately 30 resource room students. The position is onsite, full-time (Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours/week), running from September through February, with a possible extension through the end of the school year. Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification for the state of Washington
• ESA Credential through OSPI
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success

Responsibilities:

• Support and provide instruction for approximately 30 elementary students in a resource room setting
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Use evidence-based practices and data-driven instruction
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
