Occupational Therapist School Setting in Lebanon, NH

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for New Hampshire
• Demonstrated ability to supervise COTAs, including familiarity with state requirements
• Previous experience supporting COTA professional development in educational settings
• Background in school-based occupational therapy

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality on-site supervision for up to two assigned COTAs, maintaining a monthly average of approximately 7 hours per supervisee
• Oversee clinical performance, provide mentorship, and ensure alignment with official protocols and standards
• Accurately complete and submit all required supervision documentation and related administrative materials
• Collaborate with school personnel to enable effective service delivery and compliance with district and state guidelines
• Remain engaged with evolving best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy

This contract-based position is on-site, with hours tailored to up to 20 per month per OT. Travel to and from the schools within Claremont is required, and district travel reimbursement is available at the current IRS mileage rate.
