Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license
• Proven experience providing OT services within a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP process and best practices in evaluations, planning, and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining thorough records

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs for occupational therapy support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect OT services to students as outlined in educational plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines and classroom participation
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of progress, sessions, and communication
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and contribute to ongoing program improvement
