Step into a rewarding role supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time, contract-based opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful difference for learners with a broad spectrum of abilities. Located near Kelso, WA, you’ll collaborate with school teams to deliver essential therapy services onsite for the full 2026-2027 school year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Washington State OT License issued by the Dept. of Health
  • Washington State OSPI ESA license with Occupational Therapy endorsement (must be fully licensed)
  • Demonstrated experience or strong commitment to working in school-based settings
  • Confidence supporting students with a wide range of disabilities, from mild to severe
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support learners across diverse grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students, supporting access to their educational programs
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams for IEP development and progress reporting
  • Adapt interventions and materials to align with student needs and educational goals
  • Engage with families and educators to share strategies for classroom and home success
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
