Special Education Teacher in Maple Grove, MN

• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary ABS (Academic Behavior Strategist) caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support for students on an ABS caseload, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure cohesive support for students
• Effectively document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians to share student progress and strategies for continued success

Position Details:

• Contract position running from August 25, 2026, to June 10, 2027
• Approximately 18 hours per week (0.5 FTE), Monday through Friday
