Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Previous experience with Setting 4 caseloads or equivalent highly preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong behavioral and academic intervention skills
• Dedication to individualized instruction, IEP development, and continuous student advocacy
• Willingness to engage with students exhibiting the most significant disabilities and behavior challenges

Primary Responsibilities:
