Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist near Saint Paul, MN. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-5 learners, collaborating with dedicated educators and fostering communication skills for long-term success. This position will run from September 8, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a consistent 37.5-hour, 5-day workweek.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP licensure in Minnesota along with a current PELSB credential
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and faculty
  • High level of organization and initiative in managing caseload and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student growth
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support and participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and district initiatives
