We’re seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential services to children ages 3-5 in an engaging, school-based early childhood setting. This position covers a 12-week assignment, working three days per week for a total of 22.5 hours, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced schedule during the fall season.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license (required to be considered)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school-based or early childhood settings strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) caseloads
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
  • Ability to start near early September and fulfill the contract through late November

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to a caseload of preschool-aged children (3-5 years)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Facilitate engaging, evidence-based intervention in both individual and small group formats
  • Participate in meetings and planning sessions as needed for comprehensive student support
  • Ensure a nurturing, inclusive environment for all learners
