Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners by providing essential speech-language pathology services for early childhood students. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for an SLP-CCC with experience in school-based settings, seeking a rewarding assignment supporting ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) students aged 3-5.

Step into a vital long-term substitute SLP role with coverage needed for approximately 12 weeks. The assignment starts September 7, 2026, and runs through November 30, 2026, with a focused caseload in an early childhood environment. Enjoy a consistent schedule—working 22.5 hours across three days per week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and supportive school community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license (must provide copy with application)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Minimum of one year experience in a school setting, particularly with preschool/ECSE populations
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing IEPs for early childhood students is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to ECSE students ages 3-5
  • Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student development
  • Employ evidence-based interventions that foster communication and social skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state requirements
