We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position on a contract basis. Ideal candidates will hold their CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), although Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply. Your expertise will directly support a diverse caseload of students, helping them achieve their communication goals with professional guidance and care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Minnesota SLP license (please provide as a PDF attachment)
- CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows welcomed
- Previous school-based experience is a bonus, but strong clinical skills are essential
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to supporting students with a range of needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adjust interventions as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
This role is onsite, full-time—Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week—with the contract running from late August 2026 through June 2027. You will have the chance to work alongside a committed team of educators and support professionals.
