Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Eligibility or possession of state licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience in schools or pediatric therapy is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Open to considering candidates seeking CF placements, pending district approval

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and staff
  • Maintain thorough, accurate records of student progress and communicate findings to families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary consultations, and professional development activities
  • Serve as a resource on communication disorders for teachers, parents, and other staff
