Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure/certification as required for SLPs
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders in children
• Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary school support team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring

• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team consultations
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and service delivery
