Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary School

Location: Warren, Michigan area
Position: Full-Time | School-Based | Elementary School
Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours

Position Overview

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary school team in the Warren, MI area. This position provides the opportunity to support elementary-aged students with a variety of speech and language needs in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting student success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to IEP development.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school-based professionals.
• Provide recommendations and strategies to support students in the classroom.
