Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Competency with teletherapy platforms (for remote SLPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and consultations
- Support both in-person and remote service delivery as assigned
