School Speech Language Pathologist - Warren, Michigan

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Michigan SLP License and SLP-CCC credentials
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12 preferred)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and establish individualized speech/language goals for students
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions across a K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining clear and effective communication regarding student needs and achievements
• Keep thorough records of progress, interventions, and assessments in compliance with school and state regulations
• Adapt therapy approaches to align with each student’s learning profile and goals
