Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience supporting school-aged children is highly desired
- Comfortable delivering therapy services on-site or via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person or remotely, as assigned
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student growth
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
