School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Marshall, Michigan

Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working with PreK and Kindergarten students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a contract opportunity for a motivated professional seeking either full-time or part-time hours. While the schedule allows some flexibility, this assignment is primarily onsite with a hybrid option available (more onsite days required). Fully remote candidates cannot be considered at this time.

What you’ll bring:

• Current, active Michigan SLP license (upload a screenshot with your application)
• SLP-CCC required and experience in school-based settings preferred
• Skill in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing treatment for speech and language disorders in young children
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt services and strategies for diverse needs and backgrounds

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and intervention services for PreK and Kindergarten students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as necessary
• Provide support and consultation to teachers and families
• Maintain clear and accurate records, contributing to data-driven decisions
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with team members as assignments are finalized

This contract offers up to 40 hours per week onsite between August 24, 2026, and June 10, 2027, providing the chance to have a meaningful impact within a supportive educational community. Assignment details will be determined before the school year begins.
