Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting K-12 learners in the Denver area as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist. In this onsite position, you’ll work with a mild-to-moderate caseload at a single campus, providing targeted, impactful services. This assignment offers steady hours—two full days per week, totaling 14-15 hours—and runs from ASAP through May 2027, giving you the chance to build meaningful connections and see your students grow over time.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Active Colorado Department of Education certification
  • Active Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth through 21)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Ability to work onsite only; teletherapy is not available for this role
  • Must successfully complete all background screening and fingerprinting required by the district

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language pathology services to students with mild-to-moderate needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists to foster student progress
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
  • Engage in ongoing communication and support with campus staff and families
