Key Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• Active Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth–21)
• Experience working in schools with students who have mild to moderate speech/language needs preferred
• Must successfully complete district-required background check and fingerprinting

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to design and implement effective communication interventions
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for eligibility and ongoing services
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Work onsite at Vega Collegiate Academy, engaging in a dynamic, student-centered environment
