Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Active Colorado SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and educational documentation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-8 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Coordinate with teachers and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and goal planning
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving and foster a positive, inclusive therapy space
