Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, CO

This is a full-time, onsite contract role spanning the school year, with the opportunity to support learners ranging from early childhood through adolescence. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated educational team and play a pivotal role in helping students with mild to moderate speech and language needs thrive both in and out of the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Colorado Department of Education certification
• Active Colorado SLP license; accepted licensure includes Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth through 21
• School-based or pediatric therapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a student-focused approach
• Successful completion of district background check requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy, and document progress for students with speech and language needs
• Manage a caseload across one or more schools (final assignment details forthcoming), expected to be primarily mild to moderate cases
• Contribute to IEP meetings, collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive therapeutic environment
