Key Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure under the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act
• At least two years of clinical experience in pediatric therapy, with a strong focus on developmental disabilities
• Prior experience working within schools or educational settings
• Proven record of collaborating positively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-centered care

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies that promote independent participation in academic and daily activities
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress and integrate therapy goals within the educational curriculum
• Document treatment plans and student outcomes according to school policies and professional standards
