Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Occupational Therapist license in California, or be eligible for licensure under the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on pediatric therapy, particularly with developmental disabilities
• Prior work in educational environments preferred
• Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively alongside teams and families

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ functional abilities and needs within an educational framework
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to promote student participation and independence in school activities
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and family members to align therapy strategies with educational goals
• Maintain detailed records and document all services provided, adhering to school and state regulations
• Participate in student support meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development as needed
