Occupational Therapist School Setting - Franklin, WI

Step into a dynamic school-based setting as an Occupational Therapist, working onsite across two welcoming locations near Franklin, WI. This full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and focuses on early childhood and elementary-aged students, supporting their learning and daily participation with expert occupational therapy services.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid OT licensure for practice in Wisconsin
• Background in school-based occupational therapy or pediatric populations
• Experience with early childhood and elementary students is highly preferred
• Proficiency with individualized therapy plans, IEP development, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseloads across two sites and adjust interventions to unique student needs
• Familiarity with both direct and consultative OT service delivery in schools and home health environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings for students requiring OT interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEPs and educational goals
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy to help students increase independence and participation in school activities
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
• Travel between two local school sites as needed, delivering consistent and high-quality OT services
• Maintain organized, timely documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
