Occupational Therapist School Setting - Methuen, MA

Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as an onsite Occupational Therapist for a contract spanning the upcoming school year. Engage with an inclusive student population, working closely with educators and families to foster student growth and independence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for students across a wide range of ages and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans to support student participation in academics and daily school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide strategies and recommendations
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and assist with ongoing evaluations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student support

Position Details:

• Contract position for the 2026-2027 school year
• Onsite only; virtual service is not available
• Located conveniently near Methuen, MA, with services delivered in Andover
• Work with a varied caseload spanning elementary through high school students
• Part-time schedule: three days per week
