Current openings (as of 7/16/26) include:

• One Resource IA position at an elementary school
• Two positions available in a K-12 special education campus, specifically for classrooms serving elementary students who are medically fragile
• One secondary classroom position, primarily working with students on the autism spectrum (level 3)

Your background in assisting students with special needs, especially in settings with medically fragile individuals and complex behavioral needs, will be highly valued.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional in school settings
• Knowledge and hands-on practice with students who are medically fragile
• Experience supporting students with significant behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorder, particularly in moderate to severe cases
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, compassion, and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to assist students with daily academic, behavioral, and physical needs
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and follow care protocols for medically fragile students
• Foster a safe, respectful, and productive learning space
• Support instructional staff with classroom management and lesson delivery
• Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families regarding student progress
