Desired Qualifications:

• Active substitute certificate on file with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)
• Experience working in schools, especially in behavioral roles
• Reliable transportation to commute daily

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a student at Chapel Hill Elementary
• Assist educators in managing student behavior and fostering a positive learning environment
• Implement educational and behavioral plans as directed by school staff
