Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Missouri
• Previous experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to varying needs across multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to approximately 32 students, totaling about 800 minutes per week across assigned buildings
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Monitor progress and document all therapy sessions in line with required protocols
• Coordinate with teachers, aides, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain communication with families regarding student goals and achievements
• Manage scheduling, with initial oversight provided at the start of the school year

Position Details:

• Contract dates: August 25th to December 18th (concluding at winter break)
• Full-time (approximate hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 7.5 hours per day)
• Coverage includes elementary, middle, and high school sites, supporting students at each level
