Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN license required
• Previous school nursing experience is essential
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a dynamic school environment
• Comfort working across all K-8 grade levels
• Compassionate and professional bedside manner

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine nursing care, first aid, and emergency medical support to students and staff
• Administer medications and health care treatments as prescribed
• Manage student health records in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and parents to support student health needs
• Promote health and wellness education within the school community
• Respond promptly to medical situations, making critical decisions for student safety
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Health Care Plans
