Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Georgia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting, with an understanding of IEP procedures and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as required
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining thorough and timely records
• Provide direct therapeutic services for students individually or in small groups
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to help students achieve their communication goals
