Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Speech and Language Pathology certification for the state of Georgia
- Experience working with preschool, elementary and/or middle school students is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Ability to adapt strategies to support a diverse student population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Deliver direct therapy sessions in individual and small-group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates
- Work alongside multidisciplinary school teams to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards
