Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Speech and Language Pathology certification for the state of Georgia
• Experience working with preschool, elementary and/or middle school students is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Ability to adapt strategies to support a diverse student population

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Deliver direct therapy sessions in individual and small-group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates
• Work alongside multidisciplinary school teams to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards
