What we're seeking:
- Valid GA SLP license or GaPSC Certification (one required to start; both needed eventually)
- Open to Speech-Language Associates (SLAs) with certification through GaPSC
- Master’s degree from an accredited SLP program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Skilled in assessments, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to onsite-only work (no virtual/remote options)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
