Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (one required to start; both will be needed eventually)
- Open to SLP-CCCs, Clinical Fellows, and Speech-Language Associates (with GaPSC cert)
- Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite and manage a full caseload independently
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services on-site to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized direct therapy
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation per district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and eligibility evaluations
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote academic success and personal growth
