Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Georgia SLP license or Georgia PSC Certification (either is acceptable to start; both required eventually)
• Open to SLPs-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CF); SLAs with GAPSC certification also considered
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct speech/language therapy to elementary-aged students onsite
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development activities
• Provide support and guidance to students and classroom staff regarding communication needs and strategies
