Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active SLP license for the state of Georgia or GaPSC certification (one required to start; both preferred eventually)
- Open to candidates who are fully credentialed SLP-CCC, CFs, or SLAs (with GAPSC certification)
- Previous experience working with elementary students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other school staff
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
